Danwood Newb (can we say where we work?)

    Hey

As you can tell, my name's Andy. New to engineering and photocopiers in general.
Loads of useful info on this forum already with experienced engineers it seems. Looking forward to life as an engineer and reaping a lot of your helpful information

    Ciao for now

    Welcome!

It depends on you and/or your boss whether you can say where you work. I prefer to leave that to the imagination, just in case I piss off someone.

Ha, good point. In that case, I MIGHT work at Danwood...but maybe not. Probably, but who knows.

          Welcome!

Nope. Can't say. There's a rule. (Just kidding. Most of us would rather not say.) =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Ha, thanks for all your messages. Feels like it's my birthday. I've introduced this site to a few other engineers also. They seem to be fans already
