    Hello All

I've been a lurker for several years and some of my employees were members of the site thus I got the benefits of your knowledge and assistance indirectly. So I should say thanks for all your help. I look forward to being able to post myself and possibly be of help to someone else. We work on Xerox and Hp mostly although we do post warranty work on whatever we can for our customers. The better the customer the better the chance I'll say yes we can try to to fix that antique for you. ;^)

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Welcome !!!!!! We look forward to your input ...

P.S. I am also an antique tech ( I have even been called worse by some of the YOUNG TECHS { you know...those under 50 } around here ) .
But, they all say that I am beyond repair ... so they just have to take me as I am ......
