    Newbie from Finland reporting in...

    Firstly... Happy new year to everyone from Finland !

    I stumbled this forum purely by accident and noticed that it could actually prove as a useful source of information. I have 9 years of experience from Ricoh machines and their softwares(Ddf, Autostore, Equitrac etc.). My education is BSc., so I may have drifted a little bit away from my "educational" area
    Mainly I do network installations and "normal" maintanance for Ricoh mfp's, but sometimes also MS- server/client installations.

    Looking forward to contribute this forum

                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              Beer can be easily arranged, but if you even mention Ricoh mfp's, I'll change your beer into something other "yellowish" colored
