    Copier Technician in training

Hello everyone. My name is Patrick and I am new to this field as a Copier Technician in training (assistant) in Miles City, MT. I am so excited at all the new advances in this field however difficult it is to remember everything. lol Just a for-warning that you may find me asking "stupid" easy common questions (even though the stupid question is the one never asked) so please bear with me.
    Have an awesome day.

      WELCOME PATRICK ...

What printers/copiers are you learning about and training on ?
If you cannot find answers in your service manuals ; find the correct forum, and submit the question .

        Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
