    Nub

Hello to all, My name is Charles I work for a Kyocera dealer in Springfield MO, am 29 and have been a tech for about 2 years. I never ment to become a tech it just happened, I build cars mostly and got a part time job here setting up copiers and so on. Then one day they noticed that alot of the ones they were bringing in broken were getting fixed. (alot of free time on my hands) so they gave me a shot at tech and never turned back. We work on everything.

    Thank you

            Welcome Charles!

I don't think any of us actually intended to become copier techs. I honestly did not even know what a copier was when I was hired. Talk about a steep learning curve. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
