    Just another newbie

Hey all, new to the site and just checking in to say Hi...
A little info on myself for those who are interested: I have been in the copier service industry for 21 years, started on Mita machines and switched to ricoh when Gestetner was bought. In the last 2yrs I have been servicing Sharp machines as well.
I have in the last year started my own company selling and servicing Ricoh and Sharp machines.
Not working for a authorized Ricoh dealer has proved to be the hardest part not being able to access any bullitens or new firmware, manuals, etc.
Just from poking around a bit There seems to be some very knowledgable people here, and I hope I can contribute to the site as well.
    Thanks

      Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
