    Allow me to introduce myself.

    Hi All from Australia.

    Looking forward to learning and sharing information. I work on mainly Canon & Ricoh machines, but every now and then i get thrown a Sharp or something else! Like most techs, if it plugs into the wall, i'll have a go at fixing it!!

                              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                                  Welcome, what city and state?
                                  Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
