    Hi Y'all

    New to this forum but found it in my search to solve a nagging issue on my Conon Imagerunner 2200. Google brought me here and to a post by another forum user who has the exact same issue as I, scanning with the 2200 from Win 7 x64. Never seen this before bu one program, Gimp, sees the Scangear driver and operates the scanner normally. When I try Win Fax & Scan or Vuescan x64 (trial), the 2200 scanner does not appear. Hopefully someone with this fine machine can help troubleshoot this issue with me. Nick Chirikos

      To get the right people to see your thread, you should re-post in the Canon Forum.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
