              Hello Riso Rob,

I am desperate again, my riso 3750 which is on a respirator I am told, has been working fine. I was working away at it, when it took a whole bunch of papers at once.
causing something to go haywire, now each test print just folds onto itself when upon entry under the flat metal roller.
My collegue passed a thin palette knife to see if anything is jammed there, but to no avail.
I in the midst of working with deadlines looming. What could my problem be?
              any idea?

                  Hi Risorob,

RZ200 Customer has pulled out press roller. When I refitted roller, it is in pressure position, which won't let drum locate. Any suggestions !!
