    Hello from Scotland

Over the past few weeks of relentless google searches I keep finding myself back at this site so I thought I'd sign up.

I'm relatively new to the copier world as I've only been a trainee copier engineer for about a month and half but this site has already helped me get my head round a few problems so far.

I've no doubt it'll continue to come in handy in the future!

    Bye for now!

        Thanks for the warm welcome!

So far I've looked at mainly Konica Minolta with a few Olivetti's and the odd OKI thrown in!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
