Hey guys, my names Jason and I'm definitely grateful for forums such as this. I am sort of a newbie running a business passed down from my father in Staten Island, New York. I have experience just not as much as some of the great techs I've seen. I'll try my best to reciprocate the help I receive.

Welcome! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you thank you thank you. Well I service everything besides wide formats. It's always fun with a new machine.....talking to the customer while I look for the power switch through the corner of my eye lol. I do have a number of ImageRUNNERs out there that I'm getting pretty good at though.Comment
