    something new to learn everyday.

    hello all, I came across this forum by chance when I tried to google an error code.

    i have been in this business for abt 13 years now and I wished I've found you guys earlier lol.

          btw, does the search engine here works? I've been trying to do a search on certain models and error codes but it just didn't show me anything.

                  That's a viewpoint I entirely agree with. Keep learning and you'll be the best tech on the block.
                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              currently I'm working on Ricoh machines. used to work on canon clc/irc, Lexmark, hp and samsung.
