Best to buy the manuals and have a head start.

        Hi danielcooke, Welcome!
I love AC/DC and Rose Tattoo. For Canon and Sharp will ask in Copier Technical Discussion (Sharp and Canon).
        I hope to save.

I give you credit for originality. Most non-techs try to pass themselves as qualified, but the truth becomes fairly obvious immediately.
          Good luck. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

He (Paul) at justmanuals.com has given you a hint with the post above. He can be a great asset!

Welcome ...... order the manuals from Paul ......
and good luck on your repairs.
Post your questions or concerns in the Canon or the Sharp sections ...... there are many qualified techs
that will be able to help you .
