Let's start with Hello. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Punctuation seems to be optional in Nashville. In this forum it comes in quite handy. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Re: Samsung 9352
Hi ,
We have had this and found it to be a customer use / machine fault.
If customer places id card etc ( something smaller than the standard sizes on the glass , the machine cannot determine what size this is (if on Auto detect ). Customer then presses copy again as first initial copy did noting ( but displays , size detect fails )
We think this then puts the machine into a cycle ( scanner resources pre occupied ) that can only be reset by turning off the power and back on again.
1) Instruct the customer to choose the paper size first , 2) use ID copy mode , or 3) place a piece of paper over the original ( on the glass ) so that the machine will know what size to use.
Hope this helps !
Cheers.Comment
