    I'm new here....

    Good Day All,

Just introducing myself, name's Darrelle.. found the site by accident whilst googling an issue with a Ricoh here at work and decided to join as there seems to be a vast amount of information here and we have issues that crop up ever so often with our Ricoh copiers. We have two MP2550 models, one MPC4000, one MPC5000 and one MPC5001, most of which are scheduled to be replaced by upgraded models soon. I've only been around these copiers about 3 years, but I'm the one most of my fellow techs turn to for advice and assistance.

Hope to learn a lot while here.
    Thanks for having me.

          Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
