    Hi from Scotland

    Hi all,
I've just found the forum and thought it a great idea to join as I've just started working in the industry. I previously did some work with Xerox and Canon machines at the local Council as part of my job there and got some training from the engineers, but now work for another local company as their 'tech guy' dealing mainly with Olivetti / Konica Minolta & Kyocera machines.
I'm yet to go and do my official Olivetti training (hopefully in the next few months) so am just sorting machines out as best I can for them at present

              Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Welcome to the mad house! Are you sure you need the stress of being a copier tech?

Please do not PM me without asking first.
