    hello fron NYC

    Hey guys and gals,

I'm a new tech from NYC. I was offered a job from a well established copier repair , and sales company in NY. I had just graduated with a degree in networking from TCI college. I have been working with copiers for the past 3 months. I will also be heading out to canon school in Dec, to take the applied technologies classroom. Although I have already taken it online. I have been working with: canon, sharp, ricoh/savin, HP, and muratech. I've learned a lot so far, and I hope to contribute as well learn from all of the experienced techs, and field supervisors in here. Thanks for the time!

          Welcome! (great username!) =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
