    Thanks

I found this forum by chance, and it seems like a constructive and well informed group of people posts here. My name is Matt, and I've been fixing Ricoh family machines for about seven years. I'm actually writing this from my hotel, as I am in Jersey for the 8002 model training.

I normally wouldn't introduce myself on a forum, but honestly I stand to gain more than contribute to the discussions that happen here. My style of repair has always been less technically oriented than it needs to be. So this is a thank you of sorts, in advance, to those who take the time to contribute their knowledge and expertise to strangers free of charge.

    It's much appreciated.

We'll look forward to your contributions. Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
