    Noob

Hi my name I Paul. I am new to the copier business. Have done some set-up, delivery and Installation of Savin/Ricoh. Trained for a couple of weeks to be a field technician but eventually got to move into a connectivity help desk position because of my IT background. Love what I am doing now and looking forward to being here for a long time. Hopefully I will gain enough knowledge to be able to contribute but for now I am utilizing copytechnet as a very informative source of information. Really glad I found this site!

              Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
