              Welcome! The good thing is that the insanity is not catching ... but it is a job requirement. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                Bahaha aw you guys. No I ensure you the insanity is present.

                Mostly working with sharp machines, and a bit of kyocera. Just service repairs and installation. After a few weeks in the job, isnt it funny how most of your calls are user related issues! Some people..

                But enjoying the job, because I like ripping things apart. Its a bit messy, and there is alot to learn to be able to properly diagnose issues, but ill get there.

                Also like the IT side of things, dealing with servers and users networks ect.
