Thanks for the welcome! I've spent the better part of my career working on Ricoh machines and I've been working for Ricoh-Usa since the merger w/ IKON. So the Ricoh forums are where I've spent the majority of my time here and I hope to be able to pitch in some of my own knowledge from time to time. Thanks again.Comment

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
