    Hello

My username here is Makinbacon. It's my gaming call sign... My real name is Nick. Call me anything you want just don't call me late for dinner. I am a copier tech in Illinois. Recent to the profession. I have been in IT for a while but the company that hired me wants new techs with IT experience. Here I am. We primarily deal with Sharp, Konica-Minolta, and Lexmark.

    Re: Hello

You've got a steep learning curve ahead, but the good news is you came to the right place. This is a great place to learn and share what you've learned. Welcome Mr. Bacon.

We humbly look forward to your participation. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Glad to have you join us, Nick. I agree with Tonerbomb on the bacon, preferably hickory smoked.
