Hi I'm the new guy to this site. You come highly recommended by a coworker/friend. I have been a tech for 28 years on Ricoh/Savin and about 6 years on Sharp. All of that time in the Denver area. How many broncos does it take to change a flat tire? One, unless it's a blowout then they all show up. All jokes welcomed.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
