    hello there.

My name is Adam, ive been an engineer now for 12 years since leaving college with an electronics Alevel and starting my first job a month or so after that at a small canon dealer based in Salford Manchester. I then went on to work at Danwood for 5 years winning engineer of the year in 2010 as well as gaining plenty of Sharp and Konica, Ricoh and some Panasonic experience. I left Danwood to work at a company based in Bolton selling sharps and develops, where I stayed for a year without carrying any car stock (not even feed tyres) and after getting pretty ill due to the work types expected and stress from customers that I could never get a first time fix for simple things I moved on to where I currently work. We are quite a good strong team here working on mainly Konica/develops, Ricoh, Sharp, Panasonic, brother, grad, Kyocera, Olivetti and pretty much anything and everything. We work on small fax machines up to large production machines as well as shredders and the label printers.

If used the site for many years as a 'snooper' looking for advice on error codes I'm not farmiliar with so think it's time I try my hand at helping as well. Cheers guys.

          Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
