              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              Hi Calillinois,

                              I have a Sharp AR-M355U copier that I scan or copy a document from the ADF or the glass and the document gets saved and will not printout for me. If I do an internal report from the copier, the document will come out through the finisher. But not one from the ADF or the glass.

                              Also, I have some sort of handshake or hand showing up on my display for the manual feed tray on the lower left side as I face the machine.

                              Have some thoughts. Would be real helpful.

                                      Dan, the hand icon on the display is telling you to take one of your hands, preferably the stronger of the 2, and slap yourself across the face.

                                              Konica is my thing lol, I have a sharp m620 at one of my accounts. the power on screen comes on and freezes any suggestions.
