    Hi all xerox engineer

    Hello guys
I thought I would join up and see if I can help with any xerox issues as I am xerox trained engineer for a few years now covering most devices. Have access to everything you could possibly need and probably pulled what hair I had out over most faults. So willing to help anyone out.

          Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thx. I'm having issues with a 8560 stuck at "initialzing".
                Can you help?

I don't do the small horrible things haha, I know the process motor goes out of sync all the time. My work mate does all these things I can ask.

I have a suggestion. How about starting a new thread in the appropriate forum, rather hijacking somebody elses Newbie Check-In? =^..^=
