    Beware the User!

    Greetings all those out in the Interwebs.

    My name is Max, and I'm simply a user. I like to troubleshoot my issues before calling for service, and one such instance lead me to this wonderful website.

    My official title is "Lead Graphic Artist" but my actual job entails running two Konica-Minolta bizhub Press C6000s, and one Konica-Minolta bizhub Pro C5500. All of which run Fiery controllers which are either my favorite or the bane of my existence, not sure which anymore.

    Thanks in advance for all the fish! I'm off to lurk in the Konica subforum.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
