ok, i'm back.....little background, i worked for a Kyocera dealer for about 4.5 years then went to work for Ricoh Direct for 3.5 years, now I'm at a dealership that services both Ricoh and Copystar...so both of my background vendors work here..
less travel, more money.
didnt have time to assist or ask for assistance on here with Ricoh...but now that i have more office time, i will be posting more i'm sure. glad to be back
