    new to site

Hello there. New to the site and was hoping someone may have some insight on a MP2550sp. Getting an intermittent sc141. Have tried replacing the sbu, ipu and checking harnesses and cables. The machine is in this state when customer arrives in the am and will happen during the day when not in use.

            Welcome!
You might want to post your request here, there are a lot of really smart people there that work on Ricoh equipment that could help you out. There's a lot of information already there that you might find useful, too.

              Welcome!

I'll bet you were wondering why they call this forum "Newbie Check In!" It's a great place to introduce yourself. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
