Hi all, I am a former Xerox employee ( 20+ years ), left Xerox in 2005. I worked for Diebold the last 8 1/2 years servicing atms, alarms, safes, drive thru lane equipment. Am now back working on office equipment for a locally owned company, Network Computing Solutions, in Topeka , Kansas. We sell mostly Kyocera, but also some HP, Canon, whatever our clients want. I'm always looking for good sources of information to do my job and look forward to getting and contributing information to this site.

Re: Account Cosultant/ Printer lead tech.
Most of the copier techs I know eventually try something else for a while ... but end up coming back.
Welcome! =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
