    Nub

Hello everyone, I start my first day as a service tech after next week. I just got done doing two years in an IT program at a community college. It was during my internship that I ended landing a job in their copier service department. They suggested I use this forum.

Great advice to join CTN - you'll be well taken care of here.
PS - that's beautiful country you're living in.

Welcome! I be interested in reading your comments. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

They are going to send me to some Konica and Sharp training classes, for what models I have no idea. As of now it's on the job training, which I think you learn the most. I just spent the last two years continuously pounding Cisco networking and Microsoft server 2012 into my brain so it will be a nice change to round out my skills.
