    copytech mobile app

    Hello
    I an Glen I own a copier sales and repair in New Port Richey FL. I am new to this site and believe it will help my company. However I downloaded the app and it does not seem to work is there something I am doing wrong?

          You can also access CopyTechnet through the Tapatalk app, and that is still working. The Copytechnet app has been dead for some time now it seems...

                      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                              I am located in Buffalo, NY and thought the mobile app would be a wonder addition. Any chance on the connection issue being fixed soon?
