Toshiba page not found message when trying to access

I tried to access the toshiba page several times using the link from two different pages and no joy.
    What's up with that?

Do you mean www.fyi.toshiba.com, the Top Access web inteface, or something else? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Try Clearing your cookies/ cache, etc.
I had to do that to get my pages to display properly again after the 'update'

We went to HTTPS with the new software and then back to HTTP with the rollback so some of our inbound links from search engines may still be a little confused. Clearing the cache is also a good idea, if you have any specific links that still don't work me know.

I just tried it again. From the forum page I clicked on the toshiba link and got the message, "page not found".
