member reglanet doesn't seem to be receiving his activation email
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No idea. But he thinks that I can fix it. (If you were wondering ... I can't fix it.)If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Re: member reglanet doesn't seem to be receiving his activation email
I had new member tinkerprinter pm me yesterday that he wasn't getting his activation email. here is what I replied to him:
There are a couple things you can do.
1. Add admin@copytechnet.com to the address book or contacts on your email account. Not on your email program on your computer on your account on the email provider. This will white list the admin. Many email provider automatic purge junk mail of anything that has been there more than 24 hours.
2. Make sure you did not enter the wrong email address. The main reason for the Greeting Message is to verify your email address. If it is incorrect, correct it. This should automatically generate a new greeting message.
3. If the email address was correct, Private message Aneurysm and request another greeting message.
Just remember, he is the only one who can correct the problem and it could take a few days to respond.
I notice that he posted to site feedback that this did get him working.Comment
