ricoh mp402 problem "install the toner cartridge"

Good afternoon, I am a technician and I have the following problem, MP402 when I turn it on, a message appears on the screen, which says "install the toner cartridge".
I put in a new one and follow the message.
Change the PCDU, check the contacts of the chip ID.
Consult several technicians and I can't find the solution.
I need help

I have been a photocopier technician since 1985. Currently I am maintaining Ricoh proc 9100, proc5100 and others
I have the technical manual.
When turning on the machine it says:
Machine status: Unit Setting error.
Copier, printer: Error Ocurred
Toner Cartridge Setting error: Toner Cartridges are not set: Black
Open the following part. (Door) then set correctly
Actions:
a- Put in a new toner.
b- Change PCDU and toner
c- Check chip ID contacts
d- Check continuity of wires from ID chip connector to main board
e- Consult other Ricoh technicians, nobody knows how to solve a problem
Can I send you the photographs in JPG?

Only 2 posts and this is your second one. Your lucky I am in a good mood tonight or you would be collecting Red Cards. Now post your machine problem(s) in the correct Technical Forum as I advised yesterday. And see a shrink about your problem with taking advice.

are you using ricoh oem toner?
did you try putting the non read toner into a different machine?
I dont know the 402 but i would see if there is any tabs,or switch outside of the toner reset chip..

Try replacing ID chip. part # M1873360 and check wiring from the chip back to the board.
