in these tough times, i'm finding many new clients wanting older large format machines repaired - thought it would be a good idea to setup a Large Format Forum
I don't know about other manufacturers but with Ricoh wide format copier questions can be found in the regular Ricoh technical forum. Most Ricoh dealer tech work on wide format as well as regular MFP.
Canon and HP wide formats can be found in their respective forums. Kip will be found under "Other". =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

So it doesn't really matter what forum it's in ... Google generally finds my keywords.

I think that a separate forum is a good idea... maybe sub categories InkJet - Laser. as time grows (and Interest) maybe split into brands between the two sub categories to make it eaiser.
Canon has the inkjet and Oce' (sub company) does laser
