    Cant send or reply to a message

    Hi folks i can't message or reply to any conversation in Pm please help me, is this is a bug or something else where should i report this situation

      Is your mail box full?

      Try emptying your inbox AND sent items.

          my inbox have some message i want to reply but i cant do so and i have replied through private message have you received that?

              Maybe create a new message to the ones in your inbox you want to reply to.

                      Go to Settings then either In Box or Sent Items. Scroll to near the bottom of the screen and you will see Folder Control. In Folder Control you will see how many messages are in the currently selected folder. If you have over 50 in either folder, maximum is 100, you should purge that folder. At the bottom you will see Download all Private Messages as: which will allow you to save them to your computer.

                      As for an android app, I see a number of people using Tapatalk.
