Software doesn't do anything unless instructed by a user, and we all make mistakes.

Still the user can only do what is allowed by the software.

Thank you for the instructions slimslob, i hope they fix it. I depend on information from this site. I know field techs out there that can not answer some of the questions I have and find the answers here. Appreciate those working on this matter. Your dedication and hard work is not going unnoticed.

One other thing I have found. On tour User Profile the Activities tab show what you have replied to in the past. The Default is the last Month. If you click on the Filter button that can be changed under Time to All Time. If you then click on Advanced under Filter you can specify a date range.

I have noticed one thing that I don't really care for. With the old system when there was a number next to "Notifications" I could select to see a list of other techs reactions, Likes and Thanks. Now it gives me a link to a list of all new posts to any thread that I either started or am subscribed to. I get email notification on those. I don;t need anything else.

I'll see if I can figure something out for that.

I think there's a setting for that. Click the checkbox next to "Reacts to your posts" in the general section on the notifications tab under user settings.

OK I checked that. Now wait and see what happens.
