How do you "like" or "thank" posts? I don't see it since migration.

Also this doesn't have anything to do with new website but what determines the title under members name like "service manager", etc

Click the small emoji+ icon at the bottom left of the post, select thumbs up or whatever you want.

Title is determined by post count, you can change it to say whatever you like:

Click down arrow at top right of page, My Profile, blue edit settings button, user title, save changes.

Click on your username in the upper right of the screen and select "User Settings" from the dropdown, you will find your User Title at the top of the options, change it to almost whatever you want and save.
