Forum/Channel is marked as unread

As title says it's like that from long time I mean months. I visit regularly Konica Minolta forum and read all new topics but even after that forum is marked as there's unread posts when there isn't. I marked forum/channel as read many times and I'm 100% sure after that I really rad ALL new posts but after some time forum is marked again as unread.
It's hard for me to give more leads to when and where it's marked as unread but I would happily assist if I can

What it could be?

I have encountered that on Ricoh and on Digital Duplicators. Usually on Ricoh it has been someone in the process of quoting which keeps showing Ricoh om the home page as having unread content. On Digital Duplicators it was someone has made a reply and then deleted it, I had to open what was showing as the last post made, 4 weeks earlier.

One other thing that I encountered the other day had to do with a notification email. When I clicked on the link in a notification email, CTN said I wasn't Authorized. When I opened the post through the Ricoh forum the reply wasn't there.

I've been seeing the same thing for about 2 weeks. It shows there are unread posts in the Konica Minolta area, yet when going into the area, there is nothing highlighted as unread. I tried to refresh the page but nothing new shows up, and everything listed I have already read.

I did stumble onto a situation where there actually was a new response under one of the topics, but it didn't show up when viewing the topic list. After having gone into the topic, "read" the post, and gone back out to the main forum list, it then no longer showed that there was an unread post. I'm thinking if there is a glitch in the Matrix, that it is under topic view.
