The recent changes have gone from bad to unusable. Everything is popup/ad driven. This used to be the absolute best site to find help and give help. I am about to delete my account and never come back. If you have any suggestions on how to get a better experience I am willing to listen , but this is just crap.

I'm sorry if you're not happy but sometimes things change, that's the way life works. The old setup wasn't perfect and neither is the new one but I will tell you the new setup isn't giving users server gateway errors 500 times a day or rebooting itself randomly and that's only the stuff users experienced, the backend was a complete mess. As far as advertising goes, it is how most of the internet pays for itself and it's what some would call a necessary evil.

If there's a specific issue you'd like me to take a look at you can start a new topic in this channel and I'll see what I can do, we've made lots of tweaks and improvements based on user input and I hope we can continue on that trend.

What popups and ads? To access CTN I use Win11, Firefox browser and AdBlock Plus. I don't get ads. Now if you are using a cell phone, 50% to 90% are coming from the cell phone or the browser app on the cell phone.

I don't get any popups or ads either. Could it be because we are contributors? I don't know.
