New message in Newbie Check In coming from Ricoh Support section?

The title probably isn't very helpful, but I found that the Newbie Check In! section indicated it had (a) new message(s). Upon entering, there were no new messages. Looking at what it was telling me was new, it showed a message in the Ricoh support group as being the last new message in the Newbie Check In! area. Perhaps it was moved?

It seems like there are a number of strange issues with the main group list and false new messages alerts, wrong user icons, etc.

Yeah BC warned author that most appropriate would be to post in Ricoh section/forum.

The original post and BlackCat's comment were there for a short while and I deleted the fragments of what was left after the OP reposted in Ricoh support. What you see on the front page may be cached data which is probably what you were seeing because it's not there now.
