Have this issue too currently.
I can access the site with my computer and all other devices at home. My Phone with mobile connection works too.
Maybe it is a ISP Issue? At home, i have a local provider called Stadtwerke. There have not been any issues ever. At work where i cant access it, we have vodafone as the service provider.

Might be a firewall setting on the gateway at work.

Could it be that the server hosting CTN got block due to some other site hosted on it?

try "tracert copytechnet.com" in cmd to see what's going on
last line should display:

19 162 ms 164 ms 162 ms server.copytechnet.com [173.254.238.186]

Well, grabbing the info for that IP address shows only 2 websites use that particular IP. Unfortunately, the service I looked that up on doesn't have an option to show what those sites are, so no clue if the other site could be the potential cause or not, though by other posts, it sounds like things are slowly returning to normal anyway. Unless by 2 they mean server.copytechnet[.]com and www.copytechnet[.]com

This morning I can't access CTN @work again, seems to be some kind of "on&off" issue LOL


I checked in @home via remote (via sunshine+moonlight) and I can still access the site on my computer (just writing this message from there).

I'd try to use a VPN just to see if it works. That is, if your workplace allows it.

Considering that most are able to use their phones and home computers tends to indicate that it might be a workplace issue. Many companies try to block certain social media and may look at CTN as such, especially if employees are spending a lot of time on it consuming what management considers excessive band width/data usage. Just like some cellular services charge extra most "hot spot" data, some ISPs in various parts charge based on levels of data usage. Satellite ISPs will throttle your download speed if you use more than the contracted data amount ion a 24 hour period. Had that problem with Germany based Hughes satellite service when I was in Iraq in 2005.

Its my own company and I should know (I think.....) if I/we had blocked anything.

Furthermore, tracert showed after 12 hops:
278 ms 278 ms 276 ms server.copytechnet.com [173.254.238.186] indicating that the Copytechnet server has been reached.

The moderators interest and action in this matter would be highly appreciated........

I don't believe in a workplace issue if several users who are working in different places and companies are blocked at the same time.

That must bei caused by the ISP's somehow.

Seems like vodaphone is back at it again... Cant reach the site without vpn from work, from my home pc its no issue...



Aaaaand we are back to normal. Seems like a short restriction only

Had no other issues with vodafoe yesterday (ping to google, cloudflare and so on all good) but copytechnet was not pingable for around one hour. Weird that this is possible
