I wonder if vodaphone might have been blocking copytechnet due to the amount of spam that has been being posted?

Running a VPN would solve that problem. I mentioned this before. Did anyone ever try?

Re: Copytechnet not accessible in Germany

If anyone still (or in the future) has problems with connecting to copytechnet or other sites i would suggest changing the standard DNS resolving server from your ISP to a custom one.
And while doing so change from unsecure "normal" DNS to encrypted DNS via SSL or TLS.
This can easily be done in your Internet Browser and will therefore only take effect in this exact browser the setting was made.

        Example:

Firefox: Settings -> Privacy & Security -> "scroll down" -> DNS over HTTPS -> Increased Protection -> Choose Provider

Chrome: Settings -> Security -> "scroll down a bit" -> Use secure DNS -> With: "select provider" (i recommend cloudflare)

        Other Browsers should be similar...

You can leave the Default (Cloudflare) as is or change to a Custom DNS Provider.

There are many advantages you get by using Secure DNS over SSL / TLS:

        - You can access most of the Sites that got blocked by your ISP
        - DNS resolving is fully encrypted
        - Private Connection: Your ISP or any server or user in between cannot see which websites you visit

Nowadays i would always recommend using Secure DNS. Either your ISP ones (if they provide some) or Custom ones like Cloudflare.

        Edit:
This, of course, can be done with or without using a VPN.

Apparently with one of their updates Mozilla has changed the default to Increased Protection -> Choose Provider with cloudflair already chosen. That is what mine is set to and I have never changed it.

Perhaps unrelated, but I've had issues for the last month with Firefox opening some of my most common websites. The providers claim that their sites are compatible with the current level of Firefox. I can switch to Chrome or Bing, and the site opens immediately, so it seems isolated to Firefox, whatever that issue might be. I have yet to look at the security level mentioned previously. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
            1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
            2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
            3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
            4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
            5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

There is one site I have been having a problem with for a little over a week.
