      Try to upg again
      I had this twice on e-525p,on first i fix with downgradeing fw and on second i upg twice with diff fw and it worked.

              Give this link a try:

              A Ricoh Service Tech for 7 year. A Konica Minolta Service Tech for 7 years. Now, KM service manager for 4 years.
