    We're moving!

    Coming Soon...


    We've been on our current software version forever so it's time for an upgrade, server migration, and a bunch of other overdue updates. We still have a few things to do before the move so we're probably 2-3 weeks out. Everything should migrate but there are a few things you should do just in case.

    • Make sure your email address is updated, if you have a weak password you might have to change it after migration which will require a correct email address.
    • Download a copy of your Avatar and Profile Picture, you'll probably need to re-upload them after migration.


    That's all I can think of for now, I'll update you if I think of anything else.

      Noticed that it's coming when you uploaded pictures of new vision yesterday.
      Much appreciated we needed something more modern and secure from long time.
      Just don't forget to migrate all topics to the upgraded version as old archived version isn't working well.
      Wish you good luck with movement and will be happy to help whatever is needed.

              I believe most of us technicians wouldn't have issues with cosmetics as long it contains WD-40, isopropyl, alvania grease, molykote or something. What about PMs? Do we need to backup them?

                  I usually delete most of mine every few months. Keeps the inbox and outbox from filling up.

                      In reference to attachments, will it be possible to remove attachments that have not been used in any new thread for more than a certain number of years?

                                                  Sorry for the outage, it was a perfect storm of migration, database changes, backup quotas, and a failed ZIP. It was the longest period of consecutive downtime we've ever had and will push our migration back a little bit but we'll get it done soon.

                                                          Oops, I'd suggest to use Xampp to perform the update/migration/test - workflow on your local PC so you don't have to screw around with the live data and have a way better performanc/smoother workflow.
