1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thx friend Blackcat for your good feeling ...but unfortunate always the administrator not understand me ..he not answering any thread ..also he not delete this tow red card ..my patient is ..always l good collaborate with many technician but in the end this admin check this tow red card ...if this is my good collaboration ...it is my destiny l don't know ...by way ...l continues my collaboration .BEST TECHNICIAN . NICE PEOPLE .Comment

A plumber, Zaza, is someone who's repairing your toilet. For example when you use too much toilet paper. You can call it a technical profession but it has little to do with multifunctionals, printers, faxes, etc....
