I have been on here for a few months and the help and advice I get is UNREAL GREAT... So many GOOD Techs on this site. I am amazed to see that their other techs that are as OCD as I am about their job. I love this business and proud to be associated with such a wonderful group of techs.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

most forums gets into flame wars quickly, but this place is by far the most civilized there is.
copier techs are gents and scholars.Idling colour developers are not healthy developers.Comment

I agree, this forum is such a good forum to be part of. It's so frustrating when you get a problem with a machine and you've tried all ways to fix it, then someone posts an idea and its either the answer you're looking for or it points you in the right direction to solve it yourself...
Plus, everybody on here is friendly, nobody is an absolute genius so its nice to help people out who have helped you out.

Was impressed with manuals for you. He sure took ahold of my problem and helped. 12.00 wasn't much for all the effort he put into making sure I was took care of.Comment
