    Attachments Issue



    pdf Attachments will not open in a reply

    or any
    Valid file extensions: avi bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip

    to be attached--------------

      If you have a decent antivirus program, just download .pdf files, it is usually faster.

        Me too i've meet some barrier to upload something , sometimes i stay 15 mnt to open my page , i think the forum need to UPGRADING THE FIRMWARE :!!!

            I think the problem lays in the Frimwar.

                If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  The attachments that I have had trouble opening are those where the name of the attachment is that of a link to the file and not the actual file. Download to a file and I usually can open it. There have been a couple of exceptions where the file has been corrupted. Next time I might see if I can open with Irfanview instead of Reader.
