My guess is that this information was taking up excessive space on the server, and needed to be cleared out. But I'm sure Aneurysm has a better answer. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry the likes/ thanks button is now a discontinued service.
We will be replacing the thanks/ like button with a big jellybean jar.
If you are a good person we will drop a jellybean in your jar every time you're nice.
If you're a bad boy we will take jellybeans out of your jar.
Those person watching their diet can choose to have sugar free lite jellybeans.
You cannot trade jellybeans for payments,firmware,manuals or everyone's favourite M&M's.
I trust this deals is sweet enough to your liking, if not under special circumstances we could glaze the jellybeans in honey.
